We're adding sitters to our team right now. Families are booking, and we'd love to get you approved and on the schedule.
Get paid for date night. Someone else's. Our sitter team covers families across the Sandhills for date nights, work trips, sick days, appointments, church and events.
How It Works:
Once you're approved, you get access to our booking app. Families post requests there, and you pick up the bookings that fit your schedule.
Pay & Perks:
- Starting at $17/hr for one child, plus $2/hr for each additional child.
- A 3-hour minimum on every booking.
- Paid meet-and-greets with new families ($60 flat).
- Holiday pay (+$6/hr).
- Repeat families and consistent bookings.
What We Ask:
- Be regularly available: 10 bookings every 60 days keeps you in the active rotation.
- Prior childcare experience (nannying, daycare, babysitting).
- Reliable and responsive.
- Hands-on and engaged with kids.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to get it.
Our Vetting:
Every sitter is interviewed by our team and completes a background check, a driving record check, a drug screen and a social media screen.
