Twice the babies, twice the cuddles. A military family in Southern Pines is looking for a steady, hands-on nanny for their twin baby boys, starting January 1, 2027.

Meet the Family:

One parent works full-time in a hybrid sales role, and the other has an unpredictable military schedule, so flexibility and clear communication matter a lot here. The family values hands-on care and limited screen time. Their friendly golden retriever will likely be your biggest fan.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, within a 6:00 AM–4:00 PM window.
20–29 hours a week, with start times between 6:00 and 8:00 AM.
Hours can shift week to week, usually with about a week's notice.

What You'll Do:

Bottles, feedings, diapers, naps and daily routines for two infants.
Tummy time, reading, play and walks.
Simple meals and snacks as the boys start solids.
Baby laundry, cleaning feeding supplies, and tidying play and sleep areas.
Letting the dog out, and an occasional short walk.

You're Our Person If You:

Have infant experience (twins or multiples, even better).
Can comfortably manage two babies at once.
Are an early bird with reliable transportation.
Are comfortable with dogs.

Perks:

10 paid holidays.
6 paid sick days.
PTO.
Travel reimbursement.
A consistent, long-term role.

How to Apply:

Applications must be submitted on our website: https://sandhillsnannyco.sittysites.com/#register-sitter. Please don't use the Betterteam apply button, because those applications won't be reviewed. Every candidate is interviewed by our team and fully screened before being presented to families.
